Student blogging competition 2016

Student blogging competition by the Society for Conservation Biology European Section

What we are looking for?

We would like SCCS student participants to share a conservation story either on their reflections from the conference or about their current research.

What do you get?

Three students will be selected to share a full blog post on the Society for Conservation Biology European Section (SCB-ES)’s Blog euroconbio.blogspot.com. All three winners will receive a skype session with a science communication expert, €100 & one year free membership to SCB.

How to enter

1. Submit your blog post ‘pitch’ (max 200 words) by September 15 to stephierenee@gmail.com (SCB-ES secretary).

2. Blog post pitches will be evaluated by SCB-ES based on relevance to the European conservation community and student members as well as the creative angle of the story being covered. SCB-ES will notify 3 winners by September 25.

The final three winning blog posts will be shared on the SCB-ES blog during October/November 2016.
